ABOUT TATAY TONY
Antonio “Tony” del Rosario was born in Roxas City, Capiz, on April 13, 1946. He has dedicated much of his career to public service within Capiz, starting from a grassroots level as barangay captain, later serving multiple terms as mayor of Roxas City, then representing the 1st district of Capiz in the House of Representatives, and ultimately holding the position of governor of Capiz.
